Fat loss does not only entail lose of weight but also lose of inches around your waist, arms and hips and other body parts that needed to be trimmed. The primary component of any weight loss program is exercise. Exercising for at least 30 minutes a day can add to your desired and fit body. Workout should not necessarily have to be intense; all forms of exercises should be done progressively in the form of either walking or jogging.
